Our Process

After talking to you about your property and doing an initial check of county property records, we will be able to quote you a precise offer calculated as either a lump sum or on a per-acre basis. We want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to quoting you an offer.

Once a price is agreed upon, we will overnight our paperwork to either yourself or your attorney. After you review the agreement, you will sign and send it back using our prepaid envelope.

Once the executed agreement has been received, we will then start our diligence process. This process typically takes approximately 30 days and includes a thorough title review.

We will send you a closing package that includes a mineral deed and closing statement. Once we receive your executed closing documents you are paid according to your preference (check or wire transfer). Atomic takes care of all recording fees and other associated closing costs.
